Q: Do we need to bring building plans or does Wojcicki McPartland Development provide them?
We work with several local architects and after talking to you about your specific needs we will recommend an architect. We also have some plans that we can provide you with.
Q: What parts of the job does Wojcicki McPartland Development handle?
Wojcicki McPartland Development is a full service general contractor. We can take your project from raw land to a finished home, ready to move in.
Q: How do we find land to build our new home?
We have an inventory of our own lots and we often have the knowledge of lots for sale that are not advertised to the public. Wojcicki McPartland Development will also assist our clients in finding a suitable building lot or we will answer any questions you may have on a lot that you may have found.
Q: What is the cost per square foot to build a new home?
This is a tough question, but to build a home with the highest quality standards that we do, the cost per square foot usually starts at $150.00 per foot and higher.
Q: How long will it take to build my home?
Wojcicki McPartland Development employs 15 full time carpenters and 15 full time painters and a very dedicated group of subcontractors that have been with the company for years. The way that our company is setup allows us to meet our deadline for our customers. A good example of a timetable for a 3,000 sq. ft. custom home with a two car garage would be approximately five to six months to complete.
